Board of Directors

The board of directors for the Central Ohio Model Railroad Club consists of four officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer), along with three trustee positions. The board is responsible for managing various aspects of club operations. All board members are regular club members who volunteer to serve, and are elected by the general membership to each position.

The elections for officers are conducted in October of even numbered years, with terms that run for two years beginning the January following the elections.

Trustees each serve a three year term. Their terms are staggered so that one trustee is replaced each year. These elections are held every October.
